Who we are

Paramount Barbell Club is more than a place to lift — it’s a team built on GRIT, GROWTH, & GRATITUDE.
We train to be stronger both mentally & physically — giving our best at home, in the gym, & on the platform.

Our coaching is rooted in honest, technical, & detailed feedback — we’ll give it to you straight, fix your inefficiencies, & make sure you’re moving as best as possible!

Every day we get to lift is a great day.

OUR ETHOS

Meet the Team

With Paramount, you don’t just get one coach — you get the strength of two perspectives working in sync. We (Chris & Kayla), both USA Weightlifting National Level Coaches, have made weightlifting our full-time focus.

With literally hundreds of meets under our belts, we’re able to bring the mileage & experience needed to guide you toward your goals, on & off the platform.

Our methodologies aligned with the fundamentals, but we each bring unique eyes & interpretations to help unlock your progress from different angles.

We both also keep a small roster of personal athletes (upon request) to take lead on, but we will always be a united team effort for everyone under the Paramount name.
